Elke Knoop

• Elke Knoop, born ‘62, married, one child, apprenticeship as an Industrial Management Assistant, approved by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), in the German headquarter of a Swedish company, followed by many years of work in the department of financial accounting.
• Afterwards, Mrs. Knoop worked several years in the field of trainee education at the Commerzbank Frankfurt. In the following, she worked as an assistant to the Management for a company doing commercial advertising. Among other things she was responsible for the training department and worked as a trainer since 1996.
• From 2000 to 2008 Mrs. Knoop has been working as an Office Manager for the INFO GmbH – Institut für Organisationen. Since 2008 she has been supporting INFO GmbH as a consultant and trainer. Her main focus is on the selection of apprentices and trainee applicants, as well as the implementation and monitoring of employee and customer surveys.
