• Long-time experience as a consultant and trainer for various international consulting associations (including P.A. Management Consulting, Frankfurt and Kienbaum Personalberatung, Düsseldorf) in the areas of Personnel Assessment and Selection, Training, TQM. He is also a lecturer at the International Business School Bad Nauheim, Germany.
