Who We Are

We are a multidisciplinary team of 13 senior consultants / trainers focusing on personnel and organization development g (see Team). We support people and organizations effectively in designing value added development processes(see What We Do).
The managing directors of INFO GmbH – Institute für Organisationen are Mr. Kring and Mr. Schultheis. Several consultants of the team are shareholders.

Brief History

1993 Founding of the preceding business by Wolfgang Kring,

• Main focus: Employee Interviews, Personnel Selection and Potential Analysis/ Assessment
• Training in the area of soft-skills,
• Primary work with junior consultants (2-5 years of work experience)

1998 Establishment of INFO GmbH –Institut für Organisationen in Giessen, Germany

• Chief Executive Officer Wolfgang Kring,
• Systematic structuring of an expert system with experienced senior
  consultants (some employed, some free-lance),
  with corresponding years of work and advising experience
• Extension and strengthening of the core competencies in the fields of:
• Management and Leadership
• Change Management

1999 Move from Giessen to Kloster Arnsburg near Lich, into bigger office space

• Additional topics: more projects in the area of
  Intercultural Management as well as strategic HRD/OD consulting

2003 Introduction of several colleagues from the consultants’ team as partners and shareholders of INFO GmbH
         as well as an expansion of the team expertise

• completing the competencies with sales and marketing as a 
  strategic business field

2005 Ulrich Schultheis becomes Chief Financial Officer of INFO GmbH along side of Wolfgang Kring

• New logo and new marketing strategy for 
  INFO GmbH - Institut für Organisationen

2008 Strategic partnership with IMIG AG: collaboration in integral consultation projects
